On Tuesday, October 3, 2023, the ceremonial opening of the new academic year took place at the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. On this occasion, the rector of the University of South Bohemia handed over prof. PhDr. Bohumil Jiroušek, Dr., for the first time awards for excellent pedagogical results and popularization of science.
The Jana Anna Kateřina Zátková award for the popularization of science was received by Mgr. Věra Suchomelová, Th.D., assistant professor of the Department of Pedagogy TF JU.
