Seminars at the University of British Columbia

During her month-long research stay in British Columbia, Dr. Věra Suchomelová delivered two academic seminars focusing on the identity of people living with dementia. The seminars were hosted by two interdisciplinary research centres at the University of British Columbia (UBC): IDEA Lab and the Centre for Advancing Health Outcomes.

The research stay builds on the long-standing collaboration between the Faculty of Theology at the University of South Bohemia and UBC, which has resulted in short-term academic staff exchanges, joint publications, and a month-long research stay by a doctoral student from the Faculty of Theology at IDEA Lab.
