International Online Peer Learning Programme for Practitioners

We are pleased to share an invitation to an international online peer learning programme designed for social, diaconal, youth and pastoral workers, as well as volunteers who wish to pause, reflect and strengthen their professional practice.

In times of rapid social change and increasing pressure on practitioners working in local communities, this programme offers a structured space for reflective learning, renewal and mutual support.

What does the programme offer?

Participants will have the opportunity to:

  • Reflect on their personal and professional journey as a source of resilience and hope

  • Explore the concept of tangible hope in connection with everyday peacebuilding and conflict transformation

  • Integrate human-rights-based and participatory approaches into their practice

  • Engage in dialogue with an international group of practitioners

  • Develop skills in active listening, reflective practice and self-compassion

The programme follows a participatory methodology, combining short thematic inputs with small-group discussions, personal reflection and practice-oriented tasks between sessions. A safe and confidential learning environment will be established collectively by participants.
