Our coleague, Mgr. Martina Kočerová, spent several days at CampFest SK organized by Mládež pre Krista-Slovensko. Within her Erasmus+ STT mobility she was able to shadow the way the conception and planning of the pastoral counseling service was being done and shared experience with other team members. She also participated actively as she was a part of the team that served as a counselling service during CampFest SK. As the CampFest programme is aimed primarily for teenagers and young adults they were the main ´clients´of the councelling service. ´Sometimes they needed encouragement, sometimes they just wanted us to pray for them and bless them for some decision, but they also needed help for more serious problems, for example solutions for unhealthy or broken family relationships. The topics were often connected with identity search, self-acceptance, injuries from the parents´ and peers´ rejections. I could use both my pedagogical experience as well as my knowledge of psychology, and of course the knowledge of the Bible and pastoral letters was also useful.´
