Assoc. Prof. Jakub Sirovatka at University of Hildesheim

Even during the summer our colleagues have managed several Erasmus+ mobilities.
One of them, Assoc. Prof. Jakub Sirovátka, spent the end of July at University of Hildesheim, Department of Catholic Theology. Within his Erasmus+ shadowing mobility he had the opportunity to discuss the concepts of philosophy and theology in the Czech and German areas, curriculum and individual courses contents, was able to compare the way of teaching and implementation of new teaching methods. In particular, he spoke intensively with Professor of Theology, René Dausner, they discussed many theological and philosophical questions. Faculty of Theology believes that this mobility will develop mutual scientific and research cooperation. As prof. Dausner said, (www.uni-hildesheim.de/neuigkeiten/das-denken-macht-weder-vor-nationalen-noch-sprachlichen-grenzen-halt/): “International cooperation is essential for our research. It is not a national idea or thinking, thinking is transnational. Thinking does not end at national or language borders."
